Description

For those who have a guitar and can play a few chords. Come and discover more things you can play on your guitar. Play a song, a melody and a nice rhythm and hear them together with another guitar. Ideally you will be familiar with chord diagrams and tablature, but don't worry if you are not - they are easy to pick up. You will need to provide your own guitar and music.

What can students expect?

This course will enable you to expand your knowledge of chord shapes and develop your playing.

Late starters allowed?

Literacy, Language and Numeracy skills required

You will need to be able to understand both written and verbal instructions and information in English and be able to count and complete basic calculations. The tutor will explain any specialist terms used.

Entry Requirements

This course is not suitable for complete beginners, you will need to have a basic knowledge of chords.

The tutor will assess you informally throughout the course and give you regular feedback on your progress.
