A brand new and exciting course which will teach the student how to improve their self-esteem and grow stronger and more assertive in their lives. There will be a variety of subjects covered including assertiveness, practical empowerment techniques, tools and strategies for confidence and each session will include a visualisation for coping, letting go and emotional healing.
What can students expect?
The course will create an informal and friendly group energy within which we will all be able to trust and support one another.
Students will gain a deeper understanding and personal experience of various practical coping strategies
Students will learn a variety of techniques to strengthen emotional resilience.
Please note this course is designed to challenge and stretch deeply held assumptions and learners should be prepared to participate with an open mind.

You will need to be able to follow both verbal and written instructions in English and be able to count. The tutor will explain any specialist terms used.

In order to fully benefit from this course, it is advisable to complete the meditative practice given between sessions, the tutor will advise.
