What can students expect?

A fun and informal mix of physical and mental stress relief session.

Learning how to perform the mindful meditation technique for being in the now. You will learning how to calm your breathing
and about good sleep hygiene

No, this is a one day course.

Literacy, Language and Numeracy skills required

You will need to be able to understand both written and verbal instructions and information in English and count up to 20. The tutor will explain any specialist terms used.
