Suitable for those with some experience of yoga, although new learners are also welcome. Improve your stamina, strength and flexibility. Learn relaxation techniques and reduce stress levels. If you have a yoga mat or blocks, please bring them.
What can students expect?
To perform a series of standing and seated postures, spinal twists, forward and back bends, inverted postures and relaxation techniques.

You will need to be able to understand both written and verbal information and instructions in English. The tutor will explain any specialist terms used.

In order to fully benefit from this course you are encouraged to develop your own personal practice between sessions.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket if you have one. If you have a yoga mat, blocks or belt please bring them. Be prepared to work in bare feet.
