Description

Suitable for those who have completed at least three years of yoga. Continue improving and refining the postures while developing your knowledge and increasing your range of postures.

What can students expect?

To develop and deepen your performance of standing and seated postures, spinal twists, forward and back bends, inverted postures and relaxation techniques.

Late starters allowed?

Yes, subject to tutor's agreement.

Literacy, Language and Numeracy skills required

You will need to be able to understand both written and oral instructions and information in English. The tutor will explain any specialist terms used.

Entry Requirements

This course is not suitable for beginners, it is for those with at least three years of yoga experience.

There will be ongoing informal assessment throughout the course by observation and questions and answers.

At least three years Iyengar yoga experience, this course is not suitable for beginners.

No. Although equipment is provided, you may like to purchase your own. Tutor will advise.

Equipment Required

Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and any other yoga equipment you may have. Please be prepared to work in bare feet.
