Description

Improve your posture, realign your body and strengthen your core stability with flowing, controlled Pilates movements.

What can students expect?

How to stand and sit in correct alignment.
How to activate core muscles.
To learn and practice a range of Level 1 Pilates exercises.

You will need to be able to understand both written and oral instructions and information in English and be able to count to 20. The tutor will explain any specialist terms used.
