<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif">This 2-session induction programme is aimed at jobseekers who would benefit from support in applying for jobs and preparing for interviews.&nbsp;</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif">In the first session you will</span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">&nbsp;gain an overview
of the job application process and understand what to consider when
applying for jobs. We will cover where to look for a job and how to match
skills and experience with a job profile. We will also practise filling in an
example application form.&nbsp;</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">The second session will cover&nbsp;</span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14.6667px;">how to prepare for different types of interview (telephone/online/in person) to increase your chances of success. We will discuss what to do and say during the interview, including tips for handling common questions.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;">A course workbook will be provided for learners to
