followed by exercises where students will get to try out the techniques shown. We
will begin with a simple front elevation looking at layout and proportion and
an introduction to the use of varied line weights and tonal work within your
drawing. We will then move on to producing a simple one-point perspective to
create the illusion of depth and complete the artwork by considering how
various architectural details can be effectively portrayed and discuss the most
