Learn some basic French for your next holiday in a French speaking country!

This course over two Saturdays will be intensive and practical, and is for total beginners.

What can students expect?

To gain some practical “survival” practical knowledge needed in holiday situations, such as greetings, buy and order food and drinks, give and request personal info, places to visit… This short course is for people who intend to holiday in a French speaking country and have not studied French previously.

Late starters allowed?

No, as this course is aimed at total beginners and consists of only two sessions.

For their benefit, learners are encouraged to practice some activities during the sessions.

Pen and paper
A packed lunch.

Teaching method/style?

Presentation by tutor, then repetitions, drills, mini-dialogues, simulations, role play, … etc in pair work, small group and whole class work.
