Late starters allowed?

As materials need to be ordered, no enrolments within 7 days of the course without discussion with the tutor.

Previous experience required?

Yes. This course is best for those who have some experience. Previous students are welcome.

• Come in warm, comfy, not smart clothes!
• Note-book and pencil
• Strong scissors and an old towel
• Optional secateurs
• Bucket or large jug/vase to keep materials fresh.
• Camera is often useful
• Packed lunch.

Teaching method/style?

Tutor demonstration, note taking, class and group discussion, analysis of illustrations and inspirational images, practical activities, sharing of group and individual reflections on work designs achieved. The class is lively and interactional.
