Description

These sessions aim to raise body
awareness, increase flexibility
and improve posture through
breathing, stretching and gentle
exercise & movement to music.
These classes fuse together
elements of Yoga, Pilates, Franklin
method, mindfulness and dance.
No floor work included; sitting
and standing only. Suited to all
levels and abilities. No previous experience necessary.
