We all enjoy a glass of wine. But have you ever wondered what’s involved before the wine gets to your table? In this one day course, suitable for all abilities, we’ll explore, tasting along the way, the path from the grape on the vine through the winemaking process right to your glass. We’ll look at where the grape is grown and what happens in the winery and then see how these affect what you are tasting. The cost of the wines tasted (max £12 per person, payable to the tutor on the day) will be shared. Please bring a packed lunch.
