Tai Chi-Improvers @ Cotswold CC

Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise that has been found to benefit health and well being. A friendly and relaxed class. We will start with gentle warming up exercises and progress through the foundation skills to improve body alignment, breathing and relaxation, balance and coordination.

Tai Chi-Intermediates @ Cotswold CC

If you have done some Tai Chi before and understand the basic principles, this class is for you. We will learn sets 1-28 of the Chen Style Form, focusing on body alignment, relaxation, breathing, and whole-body movements.
