You will prepare and cook the following easy get ahead menu for entertaining:
Peppered Bloody Mary prawns on parsley croutes, Italian stuffed chicken with a leek ragout and a Jersey royal potato bake, Raspberry and champagne possets with coconut shortbread
What can students expect?
You will cook the meal and take it home with you to eat on the day or freeze for the future. An ingredients list will be sent out beforehand, please contact us on 020 8659 7976 if you do not receive this. Please also bring, tea towels, cloths, an apron, pen and paper and boxes/containers to take your food home in.

Literacy, Language and Numeracy skills required
You will need to be able to understand both written and verbal information and instructions in English. The tutor will explain any technical terms used. You will also need basic numeracy to count, weight and mesure ingredients.
This is a non-accredited course. You will be assessed informally by your tutor during classroom activities. There will be regular opportunities to review your progress.
