Learn 8 new concepts that highlight a new way to think about yourself and your world. These concepts meld into a new way of living and feeling, taking control of your thoughts and behaviours and increasing your understanding of the self and why you are valuable just the way you are.

The course will create an informal and friendly group energy within which all students will be able to trust and support one another. You will learn how your individuality is your greatest gift. You will complete various tasks to discover more of yourself.
