A fun and informal class that will introduce the theories behind Mindfulness as a method of dealing with stress in one’s life. You will learn various mindful meditation and relaxation techniques as well as what constitutes good sleep hygiene and tips to ensure a good night's sleep.

Literacy, Language and Numeracy skills required
You will need to be able to understand both written and verbal instructions and information in English and count up to 20. The tutor will explain any specialist terms used.
