You will need to be able to understand both written and oral instructions and information in English and be able to count to 20. The tutor will explain any specialist terms used.

In order to fully benefit from this course, it is advisable to practice the skills learnt between sessions.
A small bottle of water, a towel or cushion to aid comfort. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes.
