<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Aptos&#34;,sans-serif">By the end of the course, learners will have the ability and confidence to complete tasks in a range of formal and informal situations such as, taking part in discussions with friends or colleagues, delivering presentations, taking part in activities.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Aptos&#34;,sans-serif">Learners will be working towards the speaking and listening component of a nationally recognised qualification in Functional Skills English Level 1 or Level 2. </span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Aptos&#34;,sans-serif">To be entered into examinations, the following criteria must be met: </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Aptos&#34;,sans-serif">Consistently and independently producing work at Level 1 or Level 2 for speaking & listening, </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&#34;Aptos&#34;,sans-serif">Learners must pass a mock exam.</span></span></span></span></p>

How you will learn
