This course aims to

This course is for anyone who has bought a DSLR and has little or no idea how to use the controls. This course is suitable for beginners who need to learn how to use the camera from scratch or budding photographers who are in need of a refresh of their skills. It will have a creative and relaxed approach, where you will learn technical skills including the different modes and functions on your camera as well as discussing how to improve your composition skills. Exercises and lessons will be designed to get you thinking about how to take better photographs technically and creatively and there will be a chance to show your own photographs and find out how to improve these further. On occasion and weather permitting there will be the opportunity to undertake a photography field trip to practice taking photographs at night in the city.
