Award in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care Level 1

This course is for learners who want to work in the Adult Health and Social Care sector, it is also for those who may hold qualifications in their own country but need to develop their knowledge and vocational vocabulary for the U.K. sector. It is for learners at ESOL Level 1 or above.

Level 2 Customer Service for Health and Social Care Settings

This course is for learners who want a career in the Health or Social Care sector e.g. GP surgeries, NHS, care homes and dental clinics. It will develop skills and knowledge related to the sector. The course will support ESOL learners new to the vocabulary in the sector.
