Who is this course for?

<p style="margin-right:-37px"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:"Gill Sans MT",sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">(Dyslexia, ADHD/ADD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Tourette’s) and are interested in how their </span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="margin-right:-37px"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:"Gill Sans MT",sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">strengths and skills can be developed for the workplace.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">A formal diagnosis of a Neurodiverse profile is not necessary; an informal diagnosis or self-diagnosis is accepted</span></span></p>
Are there any entry requirements?
<p><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:"Gill Sans MT",sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">There are no formal entry requirements, but you would have to be able to independently take part in learning activities in English and this would be assessed in a pre-course discussion.</span></span></span></span></p>

Do I need to have an interview before I can enrol?

How will I be taught?

What feedback will I get?

You will also complete an Individual learning plan </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">where you will record and discuss your progress with the tutor.</span></span></div>
How will I be able to give my views on the course?
<div><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="font-family:"Gill Sans MT",sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">You will be able to give your views to your Class Rep, in a feedback form at the end of the course or directly to your tutor or a manager during the course. You may also be asked to participate in </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">surveys for funders or Ofsted.</span></span></div>

Assessment Method
