A new password can be e-mailed to you.

If your current e-mail address is recorded on your account then we can send you a new temporary password to you in an e-mail to that address.

We need either the e-mail address for your account or your account number.


What to do if your e-mail address has changed or is wrong, or you cannot access it at this time.

If, for any reason, you cannot access your account email, please contact us on 0207 527 2654. We will ask you some security questions and then change your account to include your up-to-date e-mail address. Then you can get your password sent to your current e-mail address.
