What the course is about

A beginnerís course exploring techniques to obtain a toolkit of strategies to achieve and maintain improved well-being and mental health We will look at how to become a resilient individual whilst improving our well-being and mental health. Each session will progress through different theories and practice to create a positive mind-set and routines to help us to support our own mental and physical well-being.

Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications


No previous experience required but you will be asked to read and consent to our online learning guidance

Materials required


Paper and pen for notes, a device that can access the Internet with a camera and microphone

There will be a short questionnaire to complete to evaluate the course. You will have the opportunity to share with us your thoughts.
