Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications

No previous experience required but you will asked to read and consent to our online learning guidance.

Materials required

A device that can access the Internet: A smartphone, IPad or computer with Wi-Fi internet access to access ‘Zoom’ video calling to view the tutor teaching a live class.
A yoga mat or towel to do the exercises on.
Yoga blocks or cushions.

Assessments, tests, exams

A physical activity questionnaire will need to be completed by each learner prior to the course to ensure they are eligible to participate in the exercises. Each learner will keep a journal to monitor their progress and record their thoughts.

At the end of the course

There will be a post-course session where learners will have the opportunity to share with us your thoughts on what you enjoyed and any improvement we could make.

Next Step

We will continue to offer Stepping Stones courses including an Intermediate course. There are also Learn Harrow courses available.
