Increase your understanding of what CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) is and how it can help you, to help yourself and your friends family and individuals you work with. During this 5 session course you will have a greater understanding of the methods and concepts delivered in CBT that will challenge and change your behaviours to support a positive shift in your thinking.
