What the course is about

This course will give learners the opportunity to learn techniques and strategies for Relaxation and wellbeing. Each week they will be given a new technique to learn to include: Aromatherapy, Mood Foods, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique and the Five Senses technique. Every technique will be support by on line demonstration and handouts. Each week the learners will be given the opportunity to review the technique learnt.
