Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications you need to do this course
You must be able to work independently in the kitchen. Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when booking.
What you need to bring with you
You will need an apron, and various sized containers to take home what you make. You may be asked to provide your national insurance number so please bring it with you.
