What the course is about

Extend your knowledge and experience by cooking a wide selection of curries. We will of course be making all of our curries by mixing individual spices and working with pulses chicken and a range of fresh vegetables.

Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications you need to do this course

You need to have completed the first curries around the world course before attending this course. You must be able to work independently in a kitchen. Please state any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Beginners are welcome.
