What is the course about?

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The course will help you gain a good understanding of the mechanics of sleep and the various factors that can disrupt your sleep patterns such as environmental influences, lifestyle habits, stress, and underlying medical conditions. You will learn how to create a personalised sleep action plan. You will be joining a small group, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with interactive learning through discussions, quizzes, hands-on exercises, videos, various tools and techniques. </span></span></p>
