These sessions will include guidance on how to practice baby massage safely, the benefits of baby massage, how you can use baby massage to bond with your baby and support their development, and a range of baby massage strokes which are easy to follow and continue with at home.

Baby Yoga: Worthing

This short course will help include movements and songs to play with your baby to support their physical and sensory development, aid digestion and help you bond with your baby.

Big Chef, Little Chef: Crawley

Join us on this interactive course where parents and carers can team up with their little ones to prepare and cook healthy, budget-friendly meals. Over three weeks, you'll have the opportunity to practice essential kitchen skills.
