You can work towards qualifications including Functional Skills English from Entry Level up to Level 2 and for English GCSE.

English Entry Level 1/2

The course will help you develop reading, writing and communication skills, as well as the essential personal skills and confidence to engage in social and working life.

This course enables students to develop the skills needed to read and analyse different texts and to write well for a variety of purposes required for further study and work.

Fast Track English

This online course is for employed people only to support them to gain level 2 English skills at a faster pace. Places on this course will be offered after existing skills have been assessed.

For those students who have completed L1 Stepping Stones Reading and those moving from ESOL L1 but are not yet ready to progress to Level 1.
